Welcome to AENTE! This guide will help you quickly get up and running with AENTE ERP, whether you are a service provider, manager, or part of an operational team. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth onboarding process and to understand the core features of the system.

Step 1: Setting Up Your Account

Before you begin using AENTE, you will need to create an account or be assigned a role within an existing account. Follow these steps:

  1. Create an Account: Visit the AENTE portal and sign up with your email and contact information. A verification email will be sent to confirm your registration.
  2. Assign Roles and Permissions: Ensure that your provider’s accounts are correctly linked with your location and assigned a role that grants you the necessary permissions. Roles can include provider, admin, manager, and others, depending on your organization’s setup.

Step 2: Navigating AENTE

Once your account is active, log in to access AENTE. You can find modules on the side bar, and functionalities can also be searched using the search bar located in the navigation header. Here’s what you’ll find:

  • Appointments Module: Manage and schedule appointments, view customer bookings and assign staff to services.
  • Medical Module: Handle customer records, charting by exceptions, and other medical functionalities.
  • Accounts Module: Manage your customer data, update personal information and control security permissions.

Step 3: Customizing Your Workflow

AENTE allows you to personalize your workflow based on your operational needs. The following features can be customized:

  1. Charting by Exceptions: Predefine answers for standard forms, making data entry faster during consultations or service appointments.
  2. Service Categories and Forms: Organize your services and products in the operational module and form-itens in settings,
  3. Permission Management: Use role-based access controls to ensure that sensitive information is protected and only accessible to authorized users.

Step 4: Managing Customers and Appointments

A key part of AENTE is its ability to streamline customer management. Here’s how to get started:

  2. Create Appointments: Schedule services through the Appointments module, where you can set dates, times, locations, and assign the appropriate provider for each booking.

AENTE takes data protection seriously. When managing sensitive information:

  1. Role-Based Access: Ensure that only users with the correct permissions can view or edit customer information.
