Batch Creation

To create a Batch, certain prerequisites must be met:

  • You must have a provider account and be associated with an account;
  • Have the appropriate permissions to batch create:

  1. Access the Commitment Module, and select the Batch Creation tab.
  2. Select the + button.
  3. In the next window, in the Machine field, select the equipment where this process will be performed. *Note: This equipment must be created in the raw item module and added within the Workflow and in the equipment tab.
  4. In the Examination field, add the batch identification according to the laboratory’s internal routine.
  5. Then click the Create sample examination button.
  6. In the Scanning Sample field, scan the samples in the internal production order.
  7. After scanning, you can change the positions of the samples and delete them using the red option within the sample.
  8. Once all samples are included and in the correct positions, click the Process Sample button.
  9. In the Process Sample window, in the Process Start field, select the date and time when the process is starting, and in the Notes field, add important information about this routine. Note: This information will align with internal processes.
  10. Click the Save button. Note: After this step, no further changes can be made.
  11. Click the Generate CSV button to create the CSV file with the sample information. Note: This file is a work map designed to be imported into the equipment.

Batch Result Release

To release the batch result, certain prerequisites must be met:

  • Have a provider account and be associated with an account;
  • Have the appropriate permissions to Close and Release Result:

Result Within Standards

  1. Access the Commitment Module, and select the Batch Creation tab.
  2. Search for the batch in the Search field and click on the routine’s batch.
  3. Click the Load CSV button to import the file generated by the equipment after completion.
  4. After importing the file, the system will read this file and compare it with the information added in the Result Equation tab within the Workflow.
  5. Next, the wells can acquire 3 colors:
    • Yellow
    • Red
    • Dark Blue Note: The meaning of the colors will depend on the order in which the equations were added in the Workflow.
  6. Select the well, click the Approve/Reject button, then in Do you wish to accept the examination? select the Accept option.
  7. Repeat this process for all wells.
  8. Then, another provider must perform the second verification.

Result Outside Standards

  1. Select the well, verify if the results are correct, then in Do you wish to accept the examination? select the Reject option.
  2. In the Notes field, describe the reasons for rejection.
  3. Then select Do you wish to request the re-creation of the sampling? so that this sample enters repetition and goes again to the Sample Screening process.
  4. Next, send the batch to another provider, proceeding to the second verification process.

Second Verification

  1. Access the Commitment Module, and select the Batch Creation tab.
  2. Search for the Batch and select it. Note: You can search for the Batch in the following fields:
    • Date: Selecting the date on which the Batch was created
    • Search: Searches by the name described in the Examination field in the Batch
  3. Select the well, click the Approve/Reject button, then in Do you wish to accept the examination? select the Accept option.
  4. Repeat this process for all wells.
