Getting Started as a Customer on AENTE
Welcome to AENTE! As a Customer, you have access to an easy-to-use platform where you can book appointments, manage your personal information, and track your service history. Below are the key steps to get started and make the most out of your experience.
Step 1: Creating Your Account
To begin using AENTE, you’ll need to create a customer account. Follow these steps:
- Visit the AENTE homepage and click on the Sign Up button.
- Fill in your basic details such as Name, E-mail, and Password.
- Confirm your password and complete any additional required fields like your Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Address.
- Click Create Account to complete the process.
Tip: Ensure your email is accurate, as you’ll receive notifications about your appointments.
Step 2: Booking an Appointment
Once your account is set up, you can start scheduling services. Here’s how:
- Log in to your AENTE account.
- Chose the category of the service.
- Browse through available services or providers.
- Choose a time that works for you and select the desired service.
- Follow all the required steps and confirm your appointment by clicking Book Appointment.
Note: You can view all your upcoming and past appointments in your Dashboard or Appointments Tab.
Step 3: Managing Your Profile
It’s important to keep your information up to date. To manage your profile:
- Click on your login name on the top right corner and them on Profile
- Here, you can update your contact details, address, preferences, or your Children and Pet data.
- Save your changes by clicking Update Profile.
This helps providers stay informed with your most current information for a better service experience.
Step 4: Viewing Your Service History
AENTE allows you to easily track your past appointments and services received. To view your history:
- Head to the Appointmens section in your dashboard.
- You’ll see a list of all past appointments, including service details and providers.
- Click on any appointment to review more information, take part in teleconsultation or fill EMR.
