Managing Services

AENTE introduces “Service,” a feature designed to streamline the healthcare experience for both providers and patients. A service on the AENTE platform represents a specific medical offering, ranging from primary care consultations and specialized treatments to veterinary services and preventive care. This approach ensures that whether you’re seeking a routine check-up, specialized disease diagnosis, or even pet care, AENTE has the right service for you.

The Service feature addresses the critical need for transparency and accessibility in healthcare. By allowing healthcare providers and enterprises to directly create and list their services, AENTE empowers patients with detailed information about service duration, location availability, associated charges, and provider credentials. This level of transparency helps patients make informed decisions about their healthcare and enables providers and enterprises to efficiently manage their services.

The result is a more connected and efficient healthcare ecosystem, where patients can easily find and book the exact medical service they need, while providers can reach a broader audience and manage their practice more effectively.

CONDITIONS

For Booking a Service:

After logging into the AENTE patient portal and clicking on book an exam, you must select a category from available service categories: Health, Entertainment, Pets and Specialist.

Once you select the category, you will see the list of available services in that category. After selecting the desired service, you must select one location from the available locations, a provider and a date. You will only see the available slots when the provider is offering that service.

For Creating a Service:

While creating a service, you must provide information in the following mandatory fields: Name | Price | Duration | Workflows | Tags | Category.

There must exist at least one location which provides that service.

There must exist at least one provider who offers that service.

You must have the appropriate permissions including the following:

  4. Service Update All
  5. Service Workflow Get list
  6. Form Category Get All
  7. Service Additional Create
  8. Service Additional Get All
  9. Service Additional Update
  10. Service Additional Update All

Creating a Service

  1. Log in and verify super user status (follow steps 1-3 from Location creation).
  2. Navigate to “Operational” in the left menu.
  3. Select “Services” to view existing services and their details.
  4. To create a new service, click the ”+” icon in the top right corner.
  5. Complete the following sections:
    • Details:

      • Enter location name/clinic name
      • Select public service, type, workflows, and procedure from dropdowns
      • Add price and duration
      • Add relevant keywords as tags. Press “Enter” after adding each tag.
      • Toggle patient intake form option (if yes, select form type)
    • Location:

      • Select all applicable locations (click on the location bar, not the toggle)
    • Provider:

      • Select all providers offering this service (click anywhere on the provider bar)
      • Click “Create Service” to finalize.

Updating a Service

You must have the appropriate permissions including the following:

  5. Form Category Get All
  6. Service Additional Create
  7. Service Additional Get All
  8. Service Additional Update
  9. Service Additional Update All
  1. After creation, you’ll see two additional tabs:
    • Additionals.
    • Countries
  2. Click “Add Additional” or “Add Country” to include this information.
  3. After adding all the necessary information, you can either “Update” or “Delete” the service.
  4. To view your created service in the existing service list, click on “Services” on the top right link.
