Create Appointment

Within AENTE, the appointment creation feature is the greatest facilitator for scheduling activities. It allows you to schedule appointments for both customers who are already registered with your business and for customers who do not yet have an account created, thus facilitating their registration.
Creating Appointment - Pre-existing Customer
To begin creating an appointment, certain prerequisites must be met, as outlined below:
- You must have a provider account.
- There must be customers already created and properly registered in your account.
- Your provider account must be assigned a role with the appropriate permissions for creating appointment, including the following:

Once all necessary configurations are in place, you can proceed with the steps below to create an appointment:
- Click on the module labeled “Appointments.”
- After entering the module, select the option “Create appointment ”
- Fill in the field “Search by name, e-mail or SSN” with the name, e-mail, or SSN of the customer for whom the appointment will be scheduled.
- After the system returns the desired customer, click on the “New Appointment” button.
- Click on the “Select Category” button.
- Choose the category that matches the service to be scheduled.
Note: More than one category can be selected at the same time.
- Click on the “Select and Proceed” button
- Choose the desired service.
Note: If the desired service is not found, you can repeat the category selection steps to discover additional services.
- Click on the “Continue” button.
- Click on the tab labeled “Set time, place, and professional”.
- Click on the highlighted map icon.
- Select the location where the customer wants the appointment to take place.
- Click on the provider selection icon next to the map icon.
- Select the provider who will handle the customer’s appointment.
Note : If no providers are available for selection, try choosing another location and wait for new options to appear.
- Click on the calendar icon next to the provider selection icon.
- Click on the Date field.
- Select the date the customer wants the appointment to take place from the available options.
- Select the time slot for the appointment.
- Click on the tab labeled “Provide customer details”.
- Validate the customer’s details to ensure they are correct.
- Click on Continue.
- Validate the details of the appointment being scheduled (chosen location, date and time, and customer’s name).
- Accept the terms and conditions, and click on Create Booking.
Creating Appointment - New Customer

- Select the provider who will attend the customer’s appointment.
Note : If no providers are available for selection, choose a different location and wait for new options to appear.
- Click on the calendar icon next to the provider selection icon.
- Click on the Date field.
- Select the date the customer prefers for the appointment from the available options.
- Choose the time slot for the appointment.
- Click on the tab labeled “Provide customer details”.
- Fill in the blank fields with the information provided by the customer.
- Click on Continue.
- Validate the details of the appointment being scheduled (chosen location, date and time, and customer’s name).
- Accept the terms and conditions, and click on Create Booking.
Creating Appointment - Dependents

Once all necessary configurations are in place, you can proceed with the steps below to create an appointment:
- Click on the module labeled “Appointments”.
- After entering the module, select the option “Create Appointment”.
- Fill in the field “Search by name, email, or SSN” with the name, email, or SSN of the customer for whom the appointment will be scheduled.
- After the system returns the desired customer, click the “New Appointment” button.
- Click the “Select Category” button.
- Choose the category that matches the service to be scheduled.
Note: More than one category can be selected at the same time.
- Click the “Select and Proceed” button.
- Choose the desired service.

- Click the Continue button.
- Go to the tab Set time, place, and professional.
- Click on the highlighted map icon.
- Select the location where the customer wants to schedule their appointment.
- Click the provider selection icon next to the map icon.
- Choose the provider who will handle the appointment for the customer.
Note: If no providers are shown as available, simply select a different location and wait for new options to appear.
- Click the calendar icon next to the provider selection option.
- Click the Date field.
- Choose the date the customer wants their appointment, from the available options.
- Select the time for the appointment.
- Go to the tab Provide customer details.
- Click the Child option.
- Click the Customer option.
Note: If you want to schedule an appointment only for the dependent, disable the Customer option. Otherwise, the appointment will be scheduled for both the customer and the dependent.
- Click on the Child field.
- Select the dependent for whom the appointment will be scheduled.
Note: If no dependents are available for selection, you can create a dependent by clicking the ADD CHILD button and filling out the required fields.
- Click Continue.
- Validate the appointment details (selected location, date and time, and the customer’s name, which should match the dependent’s name).
- Accept the terms and conditions, then click Create Booking.
- Done! The appointment has been successfully scheduled. When the customer logs into their account, it will be displayed in their appointment list.
