Create your enterprise account

Within AENTE, the account creation feature is one of the most important, as it grants access to all the functionalities and innovations that AENTE offers.

How to create an account

To begin creating an account, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Access the account creation page.
  2. Fill in the following fields:
    • Name
    • Residence

Note: The choice of residence may directly affect your account settings in features such as service and location, and it may cause certain fields in this account creation form to be displayed or hidden.

  • PostCode
  • Address Line 1
  • State
  • City
  • Organization Name
  • EIN
  1. After filling in the fields with valid data, click the Next button:

  2. Now, fill in the following fields to proceed with the account creation:

    • Mother’s maiden name
    • Title
    • Nationality
    • SSN

Note: Fill in the SSN field with a valid number that has never been used before by you or any other user.

  • Gender
  • E-mail

Note: Fill in the email field with a valid address that has never been used before by you or any other user.

  • Mobile
  • Date of Birth
  • Password
  • Confirm Password

Note: Fill in the password and confirm password fields with a value no longer than 16 characters and ensure that both fields contain the same password.

  1. Done! After filling in all the fields listed above, the next step is to read the terms and conditions to ensure that you comply with AENTE’s policies. After that, sign in the blank field below and click Sign Document.
  2. Wait for the two-factor authentication code to be sent and enter the correct code in the blank field.
  3. Done! Wait a few seconds for the redirection to take place, and you will be able to use your account successfully.

Note: After the signing process, a message will be sent to the email provided during the free account creation with a PDF copy of the document containing your signature.
