Scheduling a Appointment

Hello Customer, welcome to the AENTE scheduling manual. This guide will clarify how to make appointments for yourself, your dependents, and even your pets. By following the steps below, you will be able to schedule and manage your appointments within the platform quickly and easily.

How to schedule an appointment for yourself.

To schedule an appointment, certain requirements must be met by you, including: Having a customer account created by you through the self-registration route or by a partner provider of AENTE.

Note: If you do not have an account yet, simply access this link and fill out the form with your information: https://portal.aente.com/register.

Once all the above prerequisites are met, simply follow the steps below to schedule the appointment you want:

  1. Click on the “Schedule a new exam” tab on the sidebar.
  2. Select the Category you are looking for from the available options.
  3. Select the service that best suits your needs.

Note: If you do not find the desired service, you can select another category or search for the service by name in the search field.

  1. After selecting the desired service, the “Choose Location and Time” button will be enabled. Click it to proceed to the next step.
  2. In this step, you will be able to view the locations where your service can be performed. Select the one that best suits you.

Note: On the left side of the screen, inside the blue box, you will see the details of your appointment, including the price of the service. Depending on the selected location, the price may vary.

  1. After choosing the service location, it’s time to select the professional who will assist you.

Note: If none of the options are to your liking, simply go back to the previous step and choose another location. As a result, when you return to the provider selection step, new options will be displayed for you to choose from.

  1. Now it’s time to choose the date for your appointment. Click on the field labeled “Select a date”.
  2. Select the date you wish to have your appointment.

Note: If no date is available for selection, it means that the chosen provider no longer has any available dates. Return to the previous step and select another provider.

  1. Select the time you wish to schedule your appointment. The AENTE system automatically adjusts TELECONSULTATION appointments to match both your time zone and the provider’s time zone.
  2. After completing the previous steps, the “Patient Info” button will be enabled at the bottom of the page. Click it to proceed to the next step.
  3. In this step, you will specify for whom the appointment is being scheduled. Select the option “FOR MYSELF”.

  1. Click “Confirm Data”.
  2. In this step, review all the selections you made earlier to confirm if any adjustments are needed. If adjustments are required, go back by clicking the “Back” button and make the changes. If everything is correct, click the “Close” button to close the notification card, and then click the “Schedule appointments” button.
  3. After completing the previous steps, you will be directed to the Appointment Details page, and your appointment will be confirmed. Additionally, an email will be sent to you with all the necessary information for your appointment. HOWEVER, before proceeding, it is required to complete your documents and fill out the screening form to ensure no information is missing and your appointment is not affected.
