In AENTE, managing your hires is even easier. The Users without linked accounts feature helps you identify provider users and easily link them to your account, as they already have all their important information filled in. Only a few configuration steps are needed to make the user active in your list of providers.
Finding and linking users without linked accounts
To find provider users without a linked account, certain prerequisites must be met, as outlined below:
- You must have a provider account.
- Your provider account must be assigned a role with the appropriate permissions to find and link users through the Users without linked accounts feature.
- A provider user must have created their own account on the system’s homepage and be waiting to be linked.
Once all necessary configurations are in place, you can proceed with the steps below:
- Click on the module labeled “Accounts.”
- After entering the module, select the option “Users without linked accounts.”
- Once you view the list of users without linked accounts, use the search field to find the provider you want to link to your account.
- Once you’ve found the desired provider, click the blue button labeled “Link.”
*Note: That’s it! The user is now linked to your account, but further configuration is required.
