Quality Specification

Creation

To begin creating a Quality Specification, certain prerequisites must be met:

  • You must have a provider account;
  • Have permissions for creating within the Quality Module;

  1. Quality spcecification Create
  2. Quality spcecification Get All
  3. Quality spcecification Get Self
  4. Quality spcecification Show

note: You can create but not add files unless you also had the following permission

  1. Quality spcecification Update
  2. Quality spcecification Update All
  1. Access the “Quality Module” and then select the sub-module “Quality Specifications.”
  2. Click the ”+” button to create a new category.
  3. In the “Name” field, describe the name of this specification, and in the “Description” field, you can provide details about this specification.
  4. Click the “Create Specification” button.
  5. In the “Documents” tab, click “Add Documents.”
  6. In the “Name” field, add the name of the document to be included.
  7. In the “Attachment” field, upload the document. This field only accepts a single PDF file.
  8. Click the “Save” button.
  9. To view the file, click the blue “View” button in the “Actions” column. To download the file, select the middle blue button.

Editing

To begin creating a Quality Specification, certain prerequisites must be met:

  • You must have a provider account;
  • Have permissions for editing within the Quality Module;

  1. Quality spcecification Get All
  2. Quality spcecification Get Self
  3. Quality spcecification Show
  4. Quality spcecification Update
  5. Quality spcecification Update All
  1. Access the “Quality Module” and then select the sub-module “Quality Specifications.”
  2. In the “Search” field, type the “Name,” “ID,” or the name of the provider responsible for the creation.
  3. After making changes to the “Name” and “Description” fields, click the “Update Specification” button.
  4. In the “Documents” tab, to modify documents, you must delete and re-add the document.

Deletion

To begin creating a Quality Specification, certain prerequisites must be met:

  • You must have a provider account;
  • Have permissions for deletion within the Quality Module;

  2. Quality spcecification Delete All
  3. Quality spcecification Get All
  4. Quality spcecification Get Self
  5. Quality spcecification Show
  6. Quality spcecification Update
  7. Quality spcecification Update All
  1. Access the “Quality Module” and then select the sub-module “Quality Specifications.”
  2. In the “Search” field, type the “Name,” “ID,” or the name of the provider responsible for the creation, and then select the specification.
  3. Click the “Delete Specification” button to perform the deletion.

note: It is not possible to restore deleted Quality Specification
