Managing Specifications

Quality Specification
Creation
To begin creating a Quality Specification, certain prerequisites must be met:
- You must have a provider account;
- Have permissions for creating within the Quality Module;

- Quality spcecification Create
- Quality spcecification Get All
- Quality spcecification Get Self
- Quality spcecification Show
note: You can create but not add files unless you also had the following permission
- Quality spcecification Update
- Quality spcecification Update All
- Access the “Quality Module” and then select the sub-module “Quality Specifications.”
- Click the ”+” button to create a new category.
- In the “Name” field, describe the name of this specification, and in the “Description” field, you can provide details about this specification.
- Click the “Create Specification” button.
- In the “Documents” tab, click “Add Documents.”
- In the “Name” field, add the name of the document to be included.
- In the “Attachment” field, upload the document. This field only accepts a single PDF file.
- Click the “Save” button.
- To view the file, click the blue “View” button in the “Actions” column. To download the file, select the middle blue button.
Editing
To begin creating a Quality Specification, certain prerequisites must be met:
- You must have a provider account;
- Have permissions for editing within the Quality Module;

- Quality spcecification Get All
- Quality spcecification Get Self
- Quality spcecification Show
- Quality spcecification Update
- Quality spcecification Update All
- Access the “Quality Module” and then select the sub-module “Quality Specifications.”
- In the “Search” field, type the “Name,” “ID,” or the name of the provider responsible for the creation.
- After making changes to the “Name” and “Description” fields, click the “Update Specification” button.
- In the “Documents” tab, to modify documents, you must delete and re-add the document.
Deletion
To begin creating a Quality Specification, certain prerequisites must be met:
- You must have a provider account;
- Have permissions for deletion within the Quality Module;

- Quality spcecification Delete All
- Quality spcecification Get All
- Quality spcecification Get Self
- Quality spcecification Show
- Quality spcecification Update
- Quality spcecification Update All
- Access the “Quality Module” and then select the sub-module “Quality Specifications.”
- In the “Search” field, type the “Name,” “ID,” or the name of the provider responsible for the creation, and then select the specification.
- Click the “Delete Specification” button to perform the deletion.
note: It is not possible to restore deleted Quality Specification
