CONDITIONS

To View the Cash Flow feature

  1. If it is necessary to have a Provider type account with the following permissions linked to them: Cash Flow Get All/Get Self
  2. After logging in to the AENTE provider portal, you should view the modules linked to your account through the permissions, among them there must be the financial module
  3. After clicking on the financial module, some resources will be available, including the Cash Flow resource, or which, after being clicked, should show a list of Cash Flows already created in the system.

To create a cash flow

  1. You must have the Create Cash Flow, Location Get All/Get self, Cash Flow Update and Accounting Category Get Master List permission on your role
  2. It is necessary that the month and year data be filled in the ‘Fiscal start period’ fields, they cannot be later than the data presented in the ‘Fiscal end period’ fields and vice-versa

To update the cash flow

  1. The user trying to edit cash flow information must have the following instructions: Cash Flow Update All which will have access to editing ALL Cash Flows created in the system or Cash Flow Update which will only allow editing the Cash Flows created by the user.
  2. It is necessary that no approval has been provided for the user to edit any information within the Cash Flow, otherwise the system will not allow editing

Creating a CASH FLOW

  1. Log in to your account using your email/username and password.
  2. Make sure you are logged in as a user whose role has the following permissions: Create Cash Flow, Get All/Get Location, and Update Cash Flow in the top menu bar.
  3. If not logged in as a authorized user:
  4. Click on your name in the top right corner
  5. Choose the correct user account
  6. Go to the Financial module
  7. Select the Cash Flow feature
  8. To create a new location, click the ”+” icon in the top right corner.
  9. Fill out the following sections:
    • Details:
      • Complete all required fields following the conditions listed above
      • Click “Create cash flow”
    • Forecast:
      • Fill in the empty fields with the entry and exit projections for each month in each category
      • Click ‘Update cash flow’

Approving a cash flow:

Requesting approval of a cash flow

  1. Go to the Approvals tab
  2. Click on the ‘Add Approval’ button
  3. Click on the ‘status’ field
  4. Select the Accept option
  5. Click on thed ‘Select the approval of other users’ option
  6. Search for the name of a user who needs to approve the cash flow and select the desired person from the options shown
  7. Click on ‘Save’
  8. Now just wait for the user who received a request to check the cash flow and approve or reject it

How to approve or reject a cash flow

  1. Go to the Approvals tab
  2. Click on the ‘Add Approval’ button
  3. Click on the ‘status’ field
  4. Click on the accept or reject option
  5. Click Save
  6. Done, approval provided
