Creation of Raw Item and Transaction
- Create the Raw Item according to the Raw Item Manual.
- After creating all necessary items, proceed to the Transaction procedure by following the “Purchasing Chain Module - Transaction” manual.
- Complete the receiving process in the sub-module Reconcile Transaction.
- Check the Stock Movement to verify that the Raw items purchased in the Transaction were correctly entered into the system.
Creation of Derived Fusion Item
To start Creation of Derived Fusion Item, you must first meet some prerequisites, namely:
- You must have a provider account.
- Your provider account must be assigned a role with the appropriate permissions for creation of Derived Fusion Item, including the following:

- Vendor Get List
- Brand Get List
- Return to the Raw Item sub-module.
- Click on the “+” button to initiate a new creation.
- In the item type, choose Derived Item.
- In the Accounting Type field, select the appropriate category for the fusion item.
- In the Category field, select the suitable category for the fusion item.
- In the Description field, add a description of this fusion item.
- After entering all information, click the blue button Create Raw Item.
- Click on the Gears Data tab and open the page.
- Click the button Add Raw Item Metadata and select Size in the Key field.
- In the Basic Unit section, under Label, write the name of the item.
- In the Qty option, enter the quantity of the item, and in the Unit of Measure option, select the measure corresponding to the item.
- Select the Add Derived button to add the first derived item, then write the name of the derived item in the Label field and the corresponding quantity in the next field.
- After adding the information, select in Unit of Measure which previous derived item is related to the current one.
- Again, select the Add Derived button, and repeat steps 12 and 13.
- Note: Derived Units should follow a descending order. For example:
- Individual Glove - 50
- Box of Gloves - 10
- Transport Box for Gloves - 1
- Note 2: Ensure the size information is correct and follows the logic above for a successful fusion.
- After completing the additions, click the Save button.
- Click the button Add Raw Item Metadata:
- In the Key field, select Barcode Relation Size. In the Value option, select the Size created in steps 9-11.
- In the Key field, select Business. In the Value option, select the Business where this fusion item and the other raw items are stored.
- In the Key field, select Brand. In the Value option, select the brand of the item.
- In the Key field, select Supplier. In the Value option, select the Supplier responsible for selling the item.
- In the Key field, select Specifications. In the Value field, describe the technical specifications of the item.
- In the Key field, select Depreciation Years. In the Value field, add how many years this item will depreciate (in minutes). This metadata is mainly for equipment.
- Note: Only Business, Size, Brand, and Barcode Relation Size are mandatory.
- In the Items tab, click the blue button Add Items.
- When the window opens, search for the items that will be part of this fusion. Note: These items must be Raw; other derived items will not be available.
- In the Size field, select the corresponding size for the fusion.
- In the Qty field, enter the quantity of the item to be fused.
- Finalize by clicking the Save button.
Creation of Fusion

- Access the Purchasing Chain Module and click on the Item Fusion tab.
- Click on the “+” button.
- In the Name field, add the name of the fusion.
- In the Description field, provide a basic description of the fusion.
- Add the creation date in the Fusion Date field and the expiration date in the Expiration Date field.
Note: This information will appear on the tube label. - In the Business field, select the Business where the fusion will take place; it must match the Raw Items and the Derived Item.
- In the Item field, add the Derived Item from the Fusion.
- In the Size option, select the one filled in the previous steps with the quantity this fusion will produce.
- In the Fusion Quantity field, add the number of fusions to be made.
- After adding all the information, click the Create Item Fusion button.
- Click the green button with two arrows for a second verification.
- Once the fusion is made, press the printer button to print the fusion label.
Questions
If an error occurs during the fusion creation process, it may indicate:
- The quantity of purchased items is insufficient for the amount described in the Fusion Item.
- The quantity of items added in the Fusion Item is incorrect concerning the reconciled amount.
- The Transaction process for the raw items added to the Derived Fusion Item was not completed correctly, and the items did not enter the Item Stock.
