Managing Issues

Within Aente, it is possible to manage Issues for your patients. An Issue can contain multiple different appointments grouped together, helping organize and streamline your operations.
How to Create a New Issue – Existing Customer
To begin creating an Issue, certain prerequisites must be met, as outlined below:
- You must have a provider account
- Services properly configured and organized
- Customers created and enabled within your account
Once all necessary configurations are in place, follow the steps below to create a new Issue:
- Click on the module labeled “Appointment” or on the “Open a new issue” button.
- Fill in the “Main problem” field with the issue the customer is facing.
- Select the desired service.
- Click the “Choose location and time” button.
- Select a provider for the chosen service.
- Choose the date, time, and location where the service will be performed.
- Click on “Patient Info”.
- Select the customer for whom the issue is being scheduled.
Note: If the customer already has an account in the system but not in your account, you won’t be able to create them in your account. Consent acceptance is required. If the customer does not have an account in the system or your account, click the ”+” icon in the upper-right corner to create a new customer.
- Click the “Schedule Appointment” button
- ✅ Done! You’ll now see the Issue details, including:
- Issue title
- Associated customer
- Services included in the Issue
Note: In the Issues module, you’ll be able to view all Issues in the system, the customers they belong to, and how many services each Issue includes.
How to Add More Appointments to an Issue – Existing Customer
To add more than one appointments to an Issue, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
- You must have a provider account
- Services properly configured and organized
- Customers created and enabled within your account
- (Optional) An existing Issue in the system with one appointment
Once all requirements are met, you can proceed with the steps below to add more appointments to an issue.
- Click on the module labeled “Appointment” or on the “Open a new issue” button.
- Fill in the “Main problem” field.
- Select the desired service.
- Click the “Choose location and time” button.
- Select a provider.
- Choose the date, time, and location for the service.
- Click on “Patient Info”.
- Select the customer.
Note: Same conditions apply regarding customer existence and consent as described above.
- Click the “Schedule Appointment” button.
- After viewing the Issue details, click the “New appointment” button.
- Select another service.
- Click the “Choose location and time” button.
- Select a provider.
- Choose the date, time, and location.
- Click on “Patient Info”.
- Click “Schedule Appointment”.
✅ Done! You’ll now see that the Issue contains multiple appointments, each of which can be managed or attended independently.
