ELISA Commitment

Within Parameters

  1. The screening process is described in the Sample Screening Module.
  2. Select the blue icon on the left; three options will appear: IGM, IGG, and Neutralizing for adding results.
  3. The IGG and IGM fields have two options: Reactive or Non-Reactive, while the Neutralizing field is for percentage.
  4. After adding the necessary information, click the Save button.
  5. In the Actions column, click the blue button on the left to perform the first verification.
  6. When the pop-up window opens, check the results. If all are in accordance with the established standard, select Accept in the Do you wish to verify the result? field, then click Save.
  7. Next, send the sample for a second verification.
    Note: The second verification must be performed by another provider.
  8. Access the Sample Screening Module and scan the sample code in the designated field.
  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page, then click the blue button in the Actions column.
  10. When the pop-up window opens, check the results. If everything is in order, select the appropriate option in Do you wish to verify the exam?.
  11. After completing these steps, the report will be available in Download Report.

Outside Parameters

  1. If the result does not meet the established criteria, select Reject in the Do you wish to verify the result? field.
  2. Use the Observation field to describe the rejection parameters.
  3. The Do you wish to request resampling? field is used to send the commitment back to the Sample Screening stage.
  4. Both options require a second verification, which must be performed by another provider.
  5. Access the Sample Screening Module, scan the sample code in the designated field.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page, then click the blue button in the Actions column.
  7. When the pop-up window opens, check the results. If everything is in order, select the appropriate option in Do you wish to verify the exam?.
  8. After completing these steps, the report will be available in Download Report.

Rapid Test Commitment

Within Parameters

  1. The screening process is described in the Sample Screening Module.
  2. Select the blue icon on the left in the Actions column, then choose the Rapid Test option.
  3. Two options will appear: Reactive and Non-Reactive. After adding the necessary information, click the Save button.
  4. In the Actions column, click the blue button on the left to perform the first verification.
  5. When the pop-up window opens, check the results. If everything is in accordance with the established standard, select Accept in the Do you wish to verify the result? field, then click Save.
  6. A second verification is required for both options.
    Note: This second verification must be performed by another provider.
  7. Access the Sample Screening Module and scan the sample code in the designated field.
  8. Scroll to the bottom of the page, then click the blue button in the Actions column.
  9. When the pop-up window opens, check the results. If everything is in order, select the appropriate option in Do you wish to verify the exam?.
  10. After completing these steps, the report will be available in Download Report.
