Exams
Within Aente, there is the Exams feature, a submodule that provides users with a view of appointments, displaying key information and offering label printing options. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, giving users two distinct ways to view: Table and Calendar
To view the appointments, the following prerequisites must be met:
- You must have a provider account.
- You must have the appropriate permissions.
- You must be associated with the business and the associated business of the appointments.
- You must be associated with the service of the appointment.
Viewing Elements
Table View
This option provides the viewing of appointments in table format and includes the following filters:

Creation Date
Filters based on the date the appointment was created. -
Appointment Date
Filters based on the date selected for the appointment. -
Services
Filters based on the services associated with the appointments. -
Provider
Filters based on the provider responsible for the appointment. -
Business
Filters based on the business where the appointment was made. -
Status
Filters based on the status of the appointment, which can be:- Pending – Appointments that have not gone through any processes for up to one month.
- Completed – Appointments that have gone through all processes and already have a result.
- Canceled – Appointments that have been canceled.
- In Progress – Appointments that are still being processed.
Calendar View
This option provides a calendar format view and includes the following filters:
- Services
Filters based on the services associated with the appointments. - Provider
Filters based on the provider responsible for the appointment. - Business
Filters based on the business where the appointment was made.
Label Printing
Individual
- Search for the desired appointment using the filters above.
- Click the green button in the Action column.
- Check the information and click the Print button.
- Follow the internal printing procedure.
Bulk
- Search for the desired appointments using the filters above.
- In the first column, click the checkboxes for the desired appointments.
- Click the green button on the upper-right side.
- Check the information and click the Print button.
- Follow the internal printing procedure.
