Sample Screening
PCR Test - “CFXRealTime”
To begin sample screening, certain prerequisites must be met:
- You must have a provider account;
- Have the appropriate permissions:

Sample within the Acceptance Criteria
- Access the Commitment Module, then select the Sample Screening tab.
- Click on the Scan sample barcode field and scan the sample barcodes.
- Verify the patient’s data, then scroll to the bottom of the page.
- In Exam Samples, click the blue button in the Actions column.
- Select Stored Sample, then in Physical Location, select the equipment where this sample will remain until processing. Note: This location will be visible to clients when they view their commitment.
- Click the Save button.
- Select the option “Do you want to verify the sample?” and click Accept. Note: The Observation field can be used to add information.
- Click the Save button to complete the process.
Sample Outside the Acceptance Criteria
- Access the Commitment Module, then select the Sample Screening tab.
- Click on the Scan sample barcode field and scan the sample barcodes.
- Verify the patient’s data, then scroll to the bottom of the page.
- In Exam Samples, click the blue button in the Actions column.
- Select Stored Sample, then in Physical Location, select the equipment where this sample will remain until processing. Note: This location will be visible to clients when they view their commitment.
- Click the Save button.
- Select the option “Do you want to verify the sample?” and click Reject.
- The option “Do you want to resample?” will restart the commitment, requiring the screening process to be repeated, making it necessary to go through the Resampling process.
- The option “Do you want to cancel the commitment?” cancels the commitment, requiring a new service to be created for that patient. In this option, filling out the Reason field is mandatory.
- Click the Save button.
ELISA and Rapid Test

- Be associated with the sample’s business;
- Be associated with the service of the commitment;
Sample within the Acceptance Criteria
- Access the Commitment Module, then select the Sample Screening tab.
- Click on the Scan sample barcode field and scan the sample barcodes.
- Verify the patient’s data, then scroll to the bottom of the page.
- In Exam Samples, click the blue button in the Actions column.
- Select Stored Sample, then in Physical Location, select the equipment where this sample will remain until processing. Note: This location will be visible to clients when they view their commitment.
- Click the Save button.
Resampling
To begin sample screening, certain prerequisites must be met:

- Click the Save button.
- Select the option “Do you want to verify the sample?” and click Accept. Note: The Observation field can be used to add information.
